DermBoutique.com offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all products purchased on our website. We regret the necessity to enumerate these policies so specifically, but in order to protect ourselves from a few selfish and abusive individuals, we must state and enforce these terms and conditions.
This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Canceling an Order
All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 2PM EST).
If the order has already been processed and/or packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of labor.
Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse - UPS and USPS are unable to do perform this service.
All orders that are undeliverable, returned or refused (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
Returning an unopened item
All UNOPENED returns covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee are subject to the following conditions:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Dermboutique returns department must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We need this number for internal reference and cannot process returns without this number.
RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc.
All products must be returned in sellable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. If you wouldn't buy the item off a store shelf, then it is not in "sellable" condition and cannot be returned.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it.
In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $7.50 deduction off your total refund. This covers our shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.
If the original order was paid by money order, a store credit will be issued.
In the event that you receive the wrong merchandise
In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please call us immediately and directly at 1-800-587-0888 so we can send you a call tag to have the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense. There is no restocking fee, and your shipping will probably be upgraded to make sure that you get the correct product in your hands in a timely fashion.
If you received the incorrect items in your order please do not open the items.
In the event that your order is damaged during transit
Please call us immediately and directly at 1-800-587-0888. We will ship a replacement order immediately.
Please do not open the damaged item. You may be asked to return the damaged item at our expense.
If you receive the correct product but are unsatisfied with it
All items must be unopened and in "sellable" condition. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed and an additional $7.95 fee will be charged on items shipped for free. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
If you are unsatisfied with your results after using a product
Please contact the manufacturer directly! Some manufactures provide warranty on their products, but they must be contacted directly. You may be able to contact individual manufacturers through their websites or it may be necessary to call them. DermBoutique.com is unable to issue a refund in this situation.

Include a copy of your invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a TRACKABLE method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation). We regret that we cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.
